Costume skirt in the making

I found this gorgeous lace covered with sequins. It is going to be an over skirt for a flowing dress, open in the front. I want lots of layers in fancy fabrics and lots of sparkle! I am working on a tiny bolero jacket (short jacket). Shes going to be a Gypsy! I have had so many ideas for her hair or a fancy head piece, can't wait to get to that!
